Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus Review: A Phone Worth Getting Excited About

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus comes with an updated look and feel that makes it one of the best smartphones on the market today. From design to performance, it’s easy to get excited about this new phone and all of its innovative features. This Galaxy Note 10 Plus review will help you decide if it’s right for you or not.

 1) The Intelligent Camera Feature

The camera is undoubtedly one of the most useful aspects of a phone. If you can’t take pictures on your phone, I find it hard to imagine why you would want to buy it in the first place. So when I heard that Samsung was using artificial intelligence and machine learning to make its camera smarter, I was ecstatic.

I’ve always found my photos turning out better after making tweaks like adjusting exposure and contrast because they don’t turn out as well on their own as they do with human touch. But this time, the differences were clear from the start—and most importantly natural looking—rather than just off-puttingly fake.

The only drawback is that these features are not turned on by default, so be sure to flip them on if you want them. For all the work that went into developing the new sensor, Samsung has not done anything new or groundbreaking with video capture; there are no new stabilization modes or 4K video recording at 60fps. But even without those perks, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus still shoots beautiful video in 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 240fps (slow motion).

2) Stunning Display

The first thing you notice when looking at the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus is the gorgeous display. As a long-time iPhone user, it feels like an odd thing to say, but it’s true – these are easily some of the best smartphone displays on the market.

It seems ridiculous to mention this so early in the review, but a big part of what makes them so good is their brightness and sheer size – you get over a thousand pixels in height for every inch of screen. This puts every single pixel on display in your palm and makes for seriously immersive media consumption with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and rich viewing angles from any position.

 3) Great Performance in Daily Life

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus has a high-performance 4,300 mAh battery that provides long hours of uptime. The phone excels in daily life with high-quality sound and video playback and excellent, responsive cameras. All in all, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus is the absolute epitome of what Android’s current technology can produce, and it is sure to delight even the most power hungry consumers.

The design, coupled with the new S Pen make this device a joy to use every day.

The battery is also made for heavy users; you’ll get your money’s worth out of this device if you have it on full brightness during gaming or watching videos for hours on end.

If you’re looking for an alternative to Apple’s pricey products, look no further than the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus!

4) Long Battery Life

The Note 10+ has the best battery life out of any phone I have ever used. Not only does it beat all other competitors in battery life, but it also charges pretty quickly too! The device also allows for a higher refresh rate on your display, so you can game or watch Netflix for hours without having to worry about running out of juice.

If you’re looking for a new phone and don’t mind the high price tag, this is the phone for you. Whether you want to use it as a mobile gaming device, or just like using your phone for hours at a time with no worries, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is the perfect fit. It’s not cheap by any means, but if you’ve got the money to spend on a high-end smartphone, then this is definitely one worth checking out.

With its beautiful screen, long battery life, and powerful specs under the hood, there are very few phones that come close to what this thing can do. There were a few moments where the touch sensor was unresponsive, which left me frustrated when trying to use specific features (such as swiping right).

Other than that, the touchscreen seemed flawless and I was really impressed with how fast it ran. You get an awesome camera quality and some nifty features included within it too. But my favorite part about this phone was its insane amount of storage space – 128GB! There isn’t much else to say except that this is easily my favorite Android device on the market right now – even beating out some more expensive iPhones such as the iPhone XS Max.

5) Excellent Audio Performance

One of the biggest draws to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus is undoubtedly its sound. If you’re looking for a really good sounding phone, then you’re going to find what you’re looking for with this one. It sounds great through wired headphones and Bluetooth headphones, but it doesn’t work very well with noise cancelling ones.

The volume doesn’t get as loud as some other phones on the market, but it still sounds fantastic overall. The quality of sound can be so high that there’s no need to turn your music up much higher than 50% because it can’t get any better without distortion. We also had an opportunity to test out the speakers on this device and were pleasantly surprised by how good they sounded considering we were expecting something mediocre at best.

 6) Easy Unboxing & Setup

I was excited to get my hands on the phone and start unboxing it. The first thing I noticed was how well everything fit together, like you could feel the thought that went into designing the box and its contents. From start to finish, it took me a total of five minutes to get set up with everything transferred over from my old phone. (via iphonelife) It is sleek, thin and super lightweight which makes it great for carrying around in your pocket all day.

The volume buttons are located on the left side while power button is located at the top-right corner and the Bixby button at the bottom-right corner. All three buttons are not too hard to press but still tough enough so as not to be triggered by accident; a nice touch considering Samsung’s propensity for placing buttons where they should not be located! One downside though is that there is no headphone jack so you have to rely on Bluetooth or USB-C cables for connecting your headphones if needed.

7) Helpful S Pen Features

My favorite new feature is probably the fingerprint reader in the S Pen. It works amazingly well and I had zero issues unlocking my phone using it. It’s really convenient because I can take selfies without having to use my hand or another object, just by clicking on the screen with my pen.

This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning that there are now two different models of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 so you don’t have to decide whether you want a model with more storage or one with a better camera when you buy your phone.

You can now get both if you decide to invest in either model which is great for anyone who finds themselves going from one extreme to another often. The other cool thing about this phone is the battery life. Honestly, it doesn’t even need charging every day if you’re not doing anything intensive on your device – like watching movies all day long! The only thing I didn’t love about this phone was that some apps crashed a lot during my testing but hopefully this will be fixed soon!

 8) Great Value at a Premium Price Point

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus is a big phone with a big price tag. If you’re willing to pay the higher price, it’s hard to argue that there’s another device out there that offers more than this one. There are multiple models and colors to choose from, including the pebble blue color option we were sent for review. I’ve found this device to be excellent in terms of performance and usability. The battery life has been as advertised – easily lasting through a day of use for my heavy usage habits.

One thing I was really impressed by was how easy it was to get started using the device. With most new phones, there’s always a learning curve while trying to figure out all of the new features and settings. That wasn’t the case here. There are so many ways to customize your experience on this phone, but they’re all intuitively laid out on screen so you don’t have to spend time searching or hunting around for what you want.
