Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are two of the hottest smartphones on the market today, with both phones selling out in many places around the world just hours after their release. I was lucky enough to receive my Samsung Galaxy S7 review unit on its first day of release, and I couldn’t wait to put it through its paces and give my thoughts about this revolutionary phone! Here’s my full review of the Samsung Galaxy S7!
Screen, Sound, and Camera
A wide range of smart features make the screen, sound, and camera worth considering. The edge to edge screen is sleek and lets you use more of the display than other phones that have a home button. Voice controls are useful when driving and while your hands are dirty or wet (you can still answer calls with your voice).
And the selfies come out nice because it has a higher resolution rear camera. Despite these great features, some people might not like this phone if they prefer cases because there is no case to fit this phone. This is also an expensive phone, so some people might not be able to afford it even if they need a new phone that fits their needs. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S7 review is positive about this phone and would recommend it for those who want a high-end smartphone with many amazing features.
Performance and Battery Life
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has some solid battery life and performance. Although there are a few software bugs, it still performs on par with the competition. The fingerprint scanner is excellent as well and never fails to work with a quick press of your finger. I had no problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks even at long distances away from my router which surprised me because this has been an issue in the past with other phones.
If you are looking for a phone that will perform well without draining your pocketbook, this is it! The display is brilliant and with an IP68 rating, it’s not afraid of water or dust. It doesn’t stop working when you want to take pictures or play games or do anything else for that matter. And one more thing: You can buy it unlocked for $649
Software and Fingerprint Scanner
The fingerprint scanner makes it easier to keep my phone secure and because the scanner is built into the home button, I have become accustomed to reaching for it before even thinking about typing in a passcode.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 review reveals that the phone has undergone drastic changes from previous generations. Gone are the days of finicky styluses. The new interface with an expandable address bar and wider screen is far more aesthetically pleasing than past versions of TouchWiz UI. Plus, performance improvements make multi-tasking seamless. All these little touches are small, but they all come together to create a smartphone experience that is unmatched by any other. In short, this may be the best Samsung Galaxy S7 review you will ever read.
Should You Buy?
The Samsung Galaxy S7 is definitely a game changer. From the top to the bottom, this phone offers some of the most cutting-edge features and hardware we’ve seen on a smartphone yet. The design was not changed very much from the previous generation, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing as it makes for an excellent feel in your hand and also doesn’t have any protruding buttons that are easy to accidentally press.
One downside to this is that there are no features such as dust resistance or water resistance, making this great for outdoor use and less ideal for rugged activities like running or surfing. Another downside is that you can only expand storage with a microSD card slot. However, one of the best things about this device is how it performs.
With a fantastic camera and speedy performance thanks to its Snapdragon 820 processor, you will be able to do anything you want with ease! If you’re looking for one of the best smartphones out there right now, then look no further than the Samsung Galaxy S7!
Final Thoughts
The Samsung Galaxy S7 is a revolutionary smartphone. It features a cutting-edge processor that can handle demanding apps, screen technology designed to eliminate annoying reflections and an exceptionally sharp camera. As of right now, the Samsung Galaxy is arguably the best smartphone on the market and it’s looking to stay that way for at least one more year.
If you’re in the market for a new phone, don’t miss this opportunity. The Samsung Galaxy S7 will be released soon and will likely be hard to find for the first few months. When you do find it, the price will probably hover around $700. That might seem like a lot, but remember that it comes with 32GB of storage and 4GB of RAM.
You won’t have to buy any extra accessories either since Samsung includes earbuds, charger and USB cable with every purchase. In other words, the price is well worth what you get in return so make sure to grab one when they release! In the meantime, check out our list of games that’ll work great on your new Galaxy S7 below:
